Vorgestern erschien im ICM Photo Magazine ein Artikel von mir über verwackeltes Gemüse. In der Spezial Ausgabe des Magazins „Environment“ schreibe ich über das Gemüse-Handwerk von Kristin und Jonas. Das ist ein lokales Marketgardening Start-up bei uns in Lübeck. Wie können wir durch urbanen Anbau vor Ort und Direktvermarktung im Abosystem eine WinWinWin-Situation für Konsument*innen, Gemüsehandwerker*innen und die Umwelt schaffen.
Die Ausgabe des Magazins erscheint anlässlich der Weltklima-Konferenz in Glasgow.

Vegetable Craft
If you drive past the beverage market, further through the railway underpass, the next residential area begins behind the tracks of the regional train. Just opposite, ten or twelve empty greenhouses line up. Horsetails make their way through the tarred ground. It looks as if no plants have been grown here for some time. But one suspects that for decades countless rows of pansies and cyclamen grew on the empty tables for the city’s front gardens and windowsills.
Only at a second glance do you realise that one greenhouse in the second row is not empty.
